Work Terms

1-Payment Method

Payment: Via Guru.com’s secure payment system, credit/debit card, or Payoneer.
Billing: Hourly projects are billed weekly; fixed-price projects require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Payments are due within 7 days of invoicing.

2. Communication Preferences

Channels: Preferred via Guru.com messaging.
Response Time: I respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent issues, please mark as urgent.
Updates: Regular updates will be provided bi-weekly or as agreed. Progress meetings can be scheduled via Zoom or Google Meet.

3. Hours of Operation

Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Your Time Zone). Flexible to different time zones.
Deadlines: Timelines are set at the start. I will notify you of any delays promptly.

4. Revisions and Feedback

Revisions: Up to 2 rounds included. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
Feedback: Please provide feedback within 3 business days for timely revisions.

5. Confidentiality

Data Security: All client information is confidential and used solely for the project.
NDA: Can be signed upon request to protect sensitive details.

6. Project Scope and Changes

Scope: Defined and agreed before starting. Additional work or changes may incur extra charges and impact timelines.
Change Requests: Communicate changes ASAP. Revised quotes and timelines will be provided.

7. Termination Policy

Cancellation: Either party can terminate with 7 days' notice. Work done up to termination will be billed.
Refunds: Considered based on work completed. Issues will be addressed before refunds.

8. Dispute Resolution

Resolution: Disputes should be resolved through Guru.com’s process. I aim to resolve issues professionally.
