• 8+ years of experience in different aspects of Project/Program/Portfolio Management and IT Advisory;
• Core experience in Project Management, PMO setup & Project Quality Assurance (7+), e-government (5+) and software development life cycle (SDLC) management by leading highly skilled application development teams;
• Integral part of various state and national wide ICT initiative in India and Bahrain on multi-channel integrated eservice delivery and Infrastructure projects;
• IT Project Management Advisory experience in one among the big 4 consultancy companies;
• Strong knowledge in ICT Strategy and vendor management;
• Strong experience in developing policies, defining quality standards and implementing project management methodologies based on PMI standards across multiple industry domains.
• Managed and implemented IT Service management function in e-government Bahrain.
• Trained and implemented Microsoft Enterprise Project Management tool (Project server 2010) and other in-house Project management Systems
• Experienced in managing offshore teams of various geographical spreads also managed eService delivery project with Ministry of Health, Transportation, Information Affairs Authority
