Nieto Inc. is a family professional services business operated by Chris and Jackie Nieto that began in 1999 as Clayton & Nieto Associates, Inc. with friend and MBA classmate, Jim Clayton. The business was founded to offer staffing services to client companies looking for technical and executive candidates. After 2 years, Mr. Clayton retired from the business and the company became Nieto Inc. as it is known today. Staffing remained a business core competence for our company and the service offering expanded from basic contingency / retained recruiting to more customized solutions such as complete staffing cycle management (req to hire), staffing strategy development, and outplacement services.
The transition to Nieto, Inc. saw the company expand service offerings to other areas that Chris and Jackie had expertise in. Since 2001 they have supported a wide range of corporate and small business clients with needs in project management, manufacturing / factory consulting, training, and lean / 6 sigma event support.
As the business has grown with the addition of a local computer repair / software development business and a wholesale consumer products business, additional family members have joined the company in support of it's growth.
