I'm dedicated person, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environment.

Hi! My name is Nik Khaizura, you may call me Nik. I am 39 years old, live in Selangor, Malaysia. I first started my work as typist at construction company, preparing most of memo, approval letter, proposal preparation, etc.

After 3 years, I moved to an event company doing event management especially for wedding ceremony, company event such as product launching, team building. My role as sales and event coordinator, I have met different categories of clients and upgrade my communication skills of proposing my concept to fulfill their desired event. I also master in designing a wedding attire to match the event concept, from the bride's and groom's attire, to the family members attire for whole event. I delivered my performance throughout 5 years in this industry.

In 2010, I started to work in Astro Malaysia, the only pay TV in Malaysia. I started my journey in Astro as Procurement Officer, handling most of vendor registration and assist business user in managing the purchase requisition. When I first joined, I found that the workplace is lack of better filing system which very hard to find a document as and when required. Therefore, I started to explore on how to improvise the filing system via microsoft tools. In my 2nd year, I have implemented my e-filing system using microsoft excel, microsoft forms database uploaded via one drive to track all documents filing. As it is available in one drive, I made the file accessible by all team member to extract the info they need. I get the best employee during my 2nd year appraisal with recognition of innovation to team member.
I have 13 years working experience as Procurement Specialist. I'm passion for sourcing activity and data analysis. With my experience, I have honed my skills in vendor management, negotiation skills and management report of spend data analysis. I am known for my quality work and have track record of delivering cost saving results, best spend analysis in reaching group procurement annual KPI goal.

Work Terms

i am available after normal working hour and over the weekend to complete the assigned task in this platform.
