Work Terms

Availability & Working Hours:
I am available to work from Monday -Friday, as per the clinician time.
If you need urgent documentation outside of my working hours, please discuss it in advance. I can accommodate after-hours work with an additional fee for urgent requests.
Communication Channels
Preferred Platforms: I primarily communicate via mails or Zoom
Response Time: I typically respond within 24 hours during business days.
Documentation Feedback: I encourage feedback after the first few sessions to ensure my work aligns with your expectations. Revisions can be made accordingly.
Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: My rate is $5 per hour.
Fixed Project Rates: For specific transcription projects, I offer fixed rates which can be discussed before starting.
Payment Schedule: I accept payments via [PayPal, and bank transfer].
5. Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance
I adhere to the highest confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance (or local data protection regulations).
NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement): I am open to signing an NDA to further ensure the confidentiality of your patient data.
Secure platforms and encryption methods will be used to protect sensitive information.
6. Revision Policy & Quality Assurance
Revisions: I provide one round of revisions for each document at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur a charge.
Quality Guarantee: I strive to ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and professionally formatted. If a mistake occurs, I will correct it promptly without additional fees.
7. Contract Duration & Termination
Initial Contract: We can start with a 6 month contract and renew based on mutual agreement.
Termination Notice: Either party can terminate the contract within a month
