Work Terms

Availability:

I am available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (your timezone preferences here).
Flexible hours can be arranged for urgent projects.
Communication:

Preferred methods: Guru messaging, or Zoom/Skype calls for detailed discussions.
Regular updates will be shared throughout the project.
Payment Terms:

Payments through Guru SafePay for secure transactions.
50% upfront and 50% upon project completion for fixed-price projects.
Hourly projects billed weekly with detailed time logs.
Revisions:

Includes up to 2-3 revisions (depending on the project scope).
Additional revisions available at an agreed rate.
Deliverables:

High-resolution, print-ready files in preferred formats
Source files provided upon request for an additional fee.
Confidentiality:

All work will be original and exclusive to you.
Confidentiality is assured; I will not share your project details or designs without permission.
Turnaround Time:

Estimated 3–7 business days for smaller projects (10–20 pages).
Larger projects (30–50+ pages) require 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.
Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for unused milestones.
A cancellation fee may apply for terminated projects after significant progress.
