I used to be a part of a successful IT company in my hometown, where I got introduced to customer and technical support. After having worked with answering emails and phone calls, over time, I had developed a solid background of skills needed to pursue this path. Furthermore, I have a lot of experience managing social media, email marketing, copywriting, gained through managing emails and websites for the companies and organizations I worked for. I was a Customer support Representative for an Shopify e-commerce kids 3D wooden toys store, where my responsibilities were creating account, shipment, order-fulfillment. There, I finished approx. 40-50 cases a day
Currently, I am working as a Technical support specialist for IPTV solution app (Smart-STB) where I gained rich experience in IPTV, TV models and more. However, this is a part-time job which takes 1-2 hours of my day, and I have enough time to commit to another project. My last job was working for LastPass as a Customer Support Analyst. Here, I’ve learned to work on a higher professional, fast-paced level, finishing approx. 80 cases per day. I’ve always been polite and friendly with every single customer and, during my time at this workplace, I’ve used my skills and have successfully worked towards gathering new ones.
