Hello there, i am a software developer who has been working in this industry since the last 8 years.
I started my career as a C++ programmer in a software company. I mainly worked on WIN32 API creating applications that interacted with low level windows drivers and APIS. I used to also work as a C++ CGI programmer for a web based ERP that we had created.
Next i was working for a large multi state Media corporation. My responsibilities there was to create and maintain their linux server infrastructure. I used to write monitoring tools using BASH, PHP, C++. I used to also work on porting their CGI based ERP software to a more modern PHP+Jquery based software.
My third job was as a manager to an existing IT department in another software company. My job was to act as a consultant and developer in Web Technologies. We developed all our applications using Linux, mysql/postgres, PHP and apache.
Apart from the jobs i have been working on a few side projects, i am testing and learning Node.js. I had been creating simple test modules in OpenGL and WebGL.
I have good experience in Yii, code ignitor framework.
With javascript i have developed in Jquery, Dojo and twitter bootstrap.
Work Terms
I have flexible working hours but please do undertand i am in +5:30hr GMT (IST) timezone. I work on a regular job from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Monday to saturday. PAYMENTS
Regarding payments i usually dont ask for advance i first evaluate the work to make sure i can handle it, then i will give a final proposal to the customer.
There will be deliverable and payments need to be released when the deliverable have been met, checked and accepted.
