I'm already in my 9th year as a Pharmacist in the Philippines and I have a 5 years of experience working as support for US Pharmacists (a PBM company) with regards to their needed documents.
I can provide back office support using MS word, MS excel, MS Powerpoint. I can also do online research and data entry.
Throughout the years of working with customers I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to deliver a good customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I also still have the willingness to learn new things.
I am a full-time freelancer and can work anytime.
