• Developing documentation in an Agile development environment along with peers in Engineering and Product Management.
• Determine documentation needs for new products, new releases of existing products, and product fixes.
• Experience planning and handling documentation projects as an individual contributor.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams, including participating in product design.
• Experience installing and using products being documented.
• Expertise with DITA, Structured Authoring, Minimalism, XML authoring tools.
• Expertise in e-Procurement documentation.
• Expertise in on-premises and cloud environments BPMS documentation.
• Proficient in creating User guides, Intermediate fix, REST API document, Web Services API document, Training guides, Release notes, Installation guides, and other technical documentations.
• Extensive experience with gather, analysis, estimate, design, and development of technical documents.
• Strong Knowledge of DDLC and Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge in DITA-OT.
• Strong knowledge in various technical writing tools, technologies, and processes.
• Good communicator, able to establish rapport with both clients and colleagues, and motivate individuals to achieve organizational objectives.

Work Terms
