Project/Program Management done right !

I have 17 plus years of experience in IT. Most of it is in the BFSI domain. I have handled projects mainly on the Java/JEE platform using a wide variety of frameworks , tools, databases & servers. Most of the companies I worked for were CMMI certified so I have acquired good experience of implementing processes in my projects. Actively involved in proposals (estimations), architecture and database and UI design too. I have worked in the US in Raleigh, North Carolina for two years as a consultant for AIG ( Insurance Major and client of Syntel). I am active as a volunteer in PMI-Mumbai Chapter. As a volunteer I worked on updating their training material as per the new PMBOK (6th edition). I am currently volunteering as the AVP for Membership portfolio.

I have acquired PMP and CSM certifications. My last assignment was with Servosys Solutions as a Senior Project Manager. There I handled the digital lending projects for a banking client. I am passionate about technology and have completed several online courses on Python, React, Angular, Data Science, Machine Learning, GCP, AWS and Azure.

Work Terms

I will work 3.5 hours during my evening and night to give sufficient overlap for meetings/consultations for US/UK based clients. Documentation, planning/scheduling, reviewing code/documents etc will be completed during my afternoons. I will ensure at least 20 hours/week or more as required by clients. Payment should start at $ 20/hr for project/program management tasks.
