I have been in the customer service industry for most of my career, with background and familiarity in both customer facing and virtual job roles.
I have experience in managing multiple accounts for different clients on the e-commerce business; tasks include, inventory management, reports, publishing and editing client’s content to their social media accounts, selling and promoting client’s products and services to consumers, responding and answering queries thru calls, chat or email, sending bids & quotations to potential clients, managing booking calendar, do after sales follow up, ensuring disputes have been resolved and achieve customer satisfaction.
I work and have worked directly with the CEO/President of a company with one of my clients. Also handling on boarding & training for employees – recurrent and new hires training, accounts payable & receivable, scheduling& time keeping, billing & invoicing, and all aspects of administrative support.
