Interior Design at your service

Interior Designer, Entrepreneur.
I worked as an Interior Designer with several architectural design firms for the last 6 years and practicing Interior Designer as an individual for more than a decade. Have done several projects from scratch to completion successfully. I usually do condominium units because it is the most common available project that comes to me, but I also have done several commercial projects with my previous company as a team, therefore I can do commercial projects as well.

Aside from my interior design service, I am open to help my colleagues in their projects by providing CAD drawings as they needed and 3D modeling from SketchUp ready to render and "clean" I don't have render machine as of the moment as I am using a MacBook Pro 2020.

Work Terms

For Full Interior Design service, I offer this at 1,500 - 2,000 pesos per square meter
For CAD Drawings, I offer 1,000 per A3 size sheet of paper or 1,500 per 20x30 sheet
Sign and Seal is 3,000 per sheet
For 3D modeling at Sketch Up 5,000 to 10,000 per model depends on size
