I have lost track of how many times I have hired this guy to do complex programs for me. I try to already have my next project ready before he finishes the last project so that I can keep him tied up on my stuff! If you get a chance to hire him - Do it! ... but know that I'll be there trying to steal him back away from you!

I have been using programmers for years and have never came across someone like this. This guy works hard, works smart, and works fast. This is the 4th time I have hired him, and he did the job perfectly just like every time before. I'm gonig to hire him for another job within a couple of days again too because he takes these complex systems and creats easy solutions!
