Customer satisfaction has always been my number 1 goal and my skills, people-centric nature, compassion for people, and the quality of work I provide have afforded me multiple job promotions as an Escalations Support, SME, Quality Assurance Analyst for 2 years and 5 moths and a Trainer for 2 years.
