At AIONINNO Technologies, we are committed to delivering exceptional results while maintaining transparent and efficient work processes. Our work terms are designed to ensure a seamless collaboration with our clients:
1. Hours of Operation
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
Support Availability: We offer chat support during business hours and provide priority assistance for critical issues outside these hours.
2. Payment Terms
Milestone-Based Payments: Payments are structured based on predefined project milestones to ensure clarity and mutual satisfaction.
Mode of Payment: Payments can be made via secure online methods, such as wire transfers or payment gateways, as agreed upon.
Invoice Cycle: Invoices will be shared upon completion of milestones or at regular intervals for ongoing projects.
3. Communication
Primary Communication Channels: phone, and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, or skype).
Response Time: We strive to respond to all queries within 24 business hours.
4. Project Management
Tools & Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, depending on project requirements.
Status Updates: Weekly or bi-weekly project updates will be shared to keep clients informed of progress.
5. Revisions & Feedback
We offer 10 of revisions per deliverable within the scope of the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We prioritize the security and confidentiality of client data. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
7. Ownership
The final deliverables, including source code, designs, and documentation, will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
8. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice of 30 days. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
