Exposure in Software Engineering Process and familiar with scrum mode of agile framework.
Good expertise on e-Learning Domain.
Good exposure in Requirement understanding and analyzing.
Experienced in Functional, GUI, Integration, Smoke, Ad hoc, Sanity, System and Regression Testing.
Experience in using of SQL, in order to check the data validity and data integrity.
Involvement in preparation of Test scenarios, Test cases and executing the same.
Communication with Internal and External Clients (generally US clients).
Providing training to Tech Support Team, Maintenance team, internal clients and external clients.
Creating Bug reports, Logging the defect in Bugzilla.
Follow up with the development to make sure that the defect is closed.
Doing build and deployment.
Managing multiple assignments and prioritizing them as per their need.
Involved in mentoring of various new team members and trainees.
Taking responsibility for own and other’s project related deadlines.
