Work Terms

1. Clear Communication is Key - I believe that the best work comes from open, honest communication. If you have specific expectations or preferences for your project, let me know! I’m here to listen, clarify, and make sure we’re on the same page every step of the way.

2. Turnaround Times - I’ll always do my best to stick to deadlines! For small projects (like blog posts or short articles), I typically aim for a 24-48 hour turnaround. For longer documents (e.g., eBooks, reports, etc.), I’ll give you a timeline upfront, but I always try to be as quick and efficient as possible without sacrificing quality.

3. Revisions -Your satisfaction matters. After I’ve proofread your content, if you feel like something needs tweaking or adjusting, I’m happy to offer 1-2 rounds of revisions (depending on the scope). I want you to feel confident in your work before it’s final!

4. Payment - I believe in fair pricing, and I’ll always provide a clear quote upfront. I charge by word count or project (depending on what makes more sense for the task). Payment is due upon completion, but if the project is a large one, I can offer a deposit option (usually 50% upfront, and the rest when the work is done).

5. Collaboration & Flexibility - I get that projects evolve, and feedback might change as we go along. I’m happy to work with you through revisions, edits, and adjustments, and I’m open to collaborating to make sure you get exactly what you need.

6. Confidentiality - Your content is yours. I will never share your work, ideas, or any confidential information. Everything stays between us. Your trust is important to me, and I’ll treat your documents with the utmost respect.
