• Handling Red Accounts Process (Escalation and churn management)
• Stand alone to Cloud migrations (This was a Support and Sales team initiative)
• Handling Top Call drivers and trying to reduce the volume by involving the product
management and the Engineering team
• Training new hires in the transition phase to make understand some of the known issues
