Payment Terms:

Initial Payment: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required upon signing to secure the project's start. Work will not commence until received.

Payment Schedule: 30% upon signing, 20% after design approval, 20% after 50% development completion, and 30% upon project completion before final deliverables.

Access to Deliverables: Final access, including source codes, will be provided only after all payments are cleared.

Payment Delays: If any payment is overdue, work will pause until payment is received.


Work Terms:

Scope of Work: Defined in a detailed proposal. Changes may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Timeline: The project starts after the initial payment and receipt of all required materials. Delays from the client may extend the timeline.

Revisions: Includes 2 revisions per milestone; extra revisions incur additional charges.

Communication: All communication will be through [preferred channels]. Regular updates will be scheduled as needed.

Ownership: Deliverables remain with the provider until full payment. Showcase rights remain unless otherwise agreed.
