As a Mechanical engineer, with an extensive experience of 4.5 years in mechanical industries like manufacturing, automobile and heavy machinery, I would like to help my clients reach their goals by providing the best solutions in fulfilling their goals. My experiences as a professional started in a manufacturing company where in I got 3 years of exposure towards all phases of product development starting from design, production, QC, testing and final commissioning. From my second company viz TATA- HITACHI CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY I got exposure towards Heavy machinery. Now I am working in MERCEDES BENZ RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT as Design Engineer.
I have experience in designing parts and assemblies for the following processes:
* Design products in accordance with AISI, DIN, and ISO standards
* Conversion of non-parametric CAD data to parametric.
* Handing complex assemblies and respective drawings.
* Creating Bill of Materials and specification documentations.
* Coordinating with FEA, production and QC dept. throughout the production,
testing and commissioning phase.
* 3D modeling of mechanisms, parts, and assemblies.
* Providing 2D shop drawings/technical drawings ready for manufacturing and
prototyping processes.
Work Terms
I will be available for 30 hrs/week.
Hourly rate is 5$/ hr.
