I would like to mention the truth that , I have a experience in working at a software company as a technical support executive. And I was entitled to represent a brand also , so was serving them as a first face of the company , because of this experience I have learned to interact with people solving networking issues and maintaining their OS to the very high level of politeness and sensitivity along with technical resolutions. I have accomplished lots of appreciation in solving the issue related to the internet , technical , phone , billing query , working on various tools to get the work done while I was serving my time there and was the one in my team with the longest toss in a day on call resolving issues of the customers. I am ready to work for this company because I have done Bachelors in Computer Applications , which make me feel even better in understanding the technical and software terms. I am a hard worker and my strong point is , I never give up on things which are hard to be carried
