I have been working as a Documentation Executive and Help Desk Support Executive more than 3 years in Multi national company now and have developed impeccable phone manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed clients. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can offer new ideas to help my self to grow and surpass my all goals and objectives.

My duties includes making documentation work, email handling and make some phone calls a day to business and private individuals to solicit sales for goods and services. During my tenure, I implemented a new sales strategy. My responsibilities includes making documentation work like make documents and different kinds of company's daily reports, monthly reports and yearly budget reports using Microsoft Office as in word, in excel and in power point presentation. As a documentation executive I have work on the purchase invoicing work and on sales invoicing work. I have to handle emails and make some phone calls a day to business and private individuals to solicit sales for goods and services.

My experience as a Documentation Executive and as a Help Desk Support Executive has helped me improve my skills in leadership, allowed me to gain organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to up sell services and goods to potential clients.

Work Terms

I can also dedicate 6-8 hours/day for your job, and if task require some more time then also I will dedicate some more time to complete the task on time.
