Hello! I'm Nkosana Abel Gaseganelwe, a passionate and diligent individual with a keen interest in accounting, office management, and financial services. I hold a variety of certifications in bookkeeping, office assistance, and financial statement preparation, including advanced skills in managing financial reports and adhering to ethical accounting practices.
My Journey
From a young age, I was always interested in numbers and how businesses run efficiently. This led me to pursue a career in bookkeeping and accounting, where I completed my Matric and went on to study specialized courses such as Bookkeeping 1 & 2, Office Assistance, and several other financial courses. Throughout my studies, I developed a deep understanding of management accounts, the compilation of annual financial statements, fixed asset registers, IFRS for SMEs, and month-end close procedures. These experiences helped me refine my skills and gain a solid foundation in the financial sector.
After earning my certifications, I took on various freelance opportunities to further grow my expertise in bookkeeping and accounting. This has allowed me to gain hands-on experience, helping small businesses with their day-to-day financial operations, from preparing financial statements to managing payroll and ensuring ethical compliance. I’ve always been passionate about helping businesses stay on track with their finances while offering my professional advice to guide their financial success.
What Drives Me
I believe that transparency, ethics, and accuracy are the cornerstones of good accounting. That's why I earned a certification in "Ethics Unlocked: Navigating the IESBA Code of Ethics" and constantly strive to apply these values in every project I undertake. To me, a well-managed set of accounts isn't just about balancing books—it's about giving businesses the clarity and insight they need to make informed decisions.

Outside of Work
When I’m not immersed in numbers, I love to spend my time engaging in activities that help me recharge. I enjoy reading books related to personal development, as well as engaging in outdoor activities like hiking and exploring new places. I’m also passionate about technology and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in accounting software and automation tools to streamline the work I do for clients.

Work Terms
I am available for freelance work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, I am flexible and open to adjusting hours based on client needs, especially for urgent projects or deadlines. Weekend availability can also be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Hourly Rate: My standard hourly rate is negotiable depending on the complexity of the project. I can provide a detailed quote before beginning any work.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required before starting any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For recurring or long-term clients, we can establish a customized payment schedule.
