I have 13 years extensive experienced as administrative assistant in corporate and some other IT related task with the skills in MS Excel (and other MS Office Tools), Microsoft Retail Management System (POS Software), I can do teamviewer task as often as needed, and have an extensive experienced in research and doing accurate reports with enough data of the company through powerpoint or PDF format.
I handled work for Administrative works like E-mailing, making companies advisories, products research and communicate with suppliers and co employee. Helping them with their inquiry about our products and possible new location of Pandayan. I also do research works about company’s need like IPO (Intellectual Property Office) registration and other related government permits and issuance.
I do assistant executive jobs like writing letters, scheduling of trips and meetings of Board of Directors both locals and abroads include visa applications. Prepares and checks the contract for the lessor. I also maintains the official directory and database of Pandayan in the Philippines branches with address, telephone numbers and also mobile numbers of branch executives. I organize company activity like Executive Integration last February 2018 in Palawan, Philippines. I also purchase adviser for IT related items and loyalty/membership cards
I have experienced in preparing and applying the POS (Point-of-Sale) permit applications of Pandayan in the Philippines both new and additional. I have expereiences in set up of Local Area Connection (LAN). I have experienced in coordinating POS maintenance / errors to the supplier for immediate actions. I also done technical support assistant for internet connections in office and also to branches, and other errors in computer equipments.
My hobbies are playing badminton and watching NBA.
