Work Terms

Scope of Services
Esolution provides services in Shopify and WordPress development, digital marketing, and graphic design. All projects will have a defined scope, which includes deliverables, timelines, and specific requirements agreed upon by both parties.

Project Timeline
Timelines for each project will be outlined in the initial agreement. Any delays caused by the client, including lack of feedback or changes to the scope, may result in adjustments to the timeline and additional costs.

Payment Terms
Payments are required as per the agreed-upon schedule. Typically, a deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. For larger projects, milestone payments may be established.

Revisions and Changes
Our services include a set number of revisions, which will be defined in the initial agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the completion of the project. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

Confidentiality
Esolution agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any proprietary methods or tools used by Esolution.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables. Esolution retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the point of termination.

Limitation of Liability
Esolution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
