I am working as a Customer Service Representative in Logistics industry.
Started my carrier as a billing executive in one of the national logistics company after finished my bachelor degree in Business Administration with major in Marketing.
By assigning as a team leader, I'm directly liaise with all the data entry, operation report generated and analysis as well the revenue and margin report.
Within this more than 3 years experience in logistics, I've been exposed to the import and export requirement, arrangement, as well the operation up to payment received.
In addition, I also proficient in Microsoft office (excel, words, powerpoint, etc), exposed in adobe Photoshop, video maker, and SPSS (data communication method), been trained in technical writing including proposal, report, thesis and business plan. As worker, I also can work under pressure situation and less supervision and been trained in working as a team and tolerate.
During my free time, I love to explore new things such as job opportunity, blogging, latest information and entertainment. Besides, I also enjoy reading books, listening to music as well watching movie.
