I'm Human Resource Management graduate,with a passion in Human Resource and administrative.Have 15 years working experience as Human Resource and Administration officer with automotive company.My routine job as follows :

-Direct preparation of report and journal for monthly and yearly payroll.(overtime,claim,statutory & tax)
-Conduct orientation program for new employees
-Prepare Purchase Requisition for consumable and stationery
-Prepare memo & letter for management and operation
-Involves in yearly manpower planning
-Involves in yearly internal training plan and responsible to deal with HRDF for training grant application and claim.
-Prepare yearly, monthly & weekly report (Profit & Lost and warehouse expenses)
-Take care of Petty Cash and record Petty Cash Transaction
- Handling invoices and others payment for supplier
- Administering staff recruitment & retirement
