I am a Big 4-trained CPA who spent over 30 years in corporate finance and accounting, holding positions up to the CFO level, mostly in manufacturing companies. I have recently become a business broker who helps people sell and buy companies. I now divide my time between brokerage and 1099 CFO consulting.
