I used to work with BPO/Call Center industry for more than 5 yrs. I started as a technical support, and later on work my way up as a team lead until 2014. Started freelance/homebased work, as a customer support/remote technical specialists, and currently looking for opportunities. My experiences includes internet connection troubleshooting, wi-fi configuration, PC hardware diagnostics and assembly, virus clean up and tune up, and Windows Server Active Directory and mail server (MS Exchange) configuration.
Pretty flexible and can do phone, email, chat support, as well as data entry and admin work. Can do multi tasks, fast learner and can work with minimum supervision.
Work Terms
I'm mostly available US hours (from 8am - 5pm EST) for full time, but pretty flexible if part time. I'm mostly online in Skype
