I managed blogs and social media accounts (besides doing other tasks) for a Pennsylvania-based virtual assistance and remote office management firm from November 2015 to March 2016.
From February 2016 to August 2016, I worked as an executive assistant to an author to whom I provided administrative support, including assistance in email handling, social media management, building a database of book reviewers, contacting book reviewers, tracking/recording blog tours and book reviews information, e-newsletter management, and newsletter design.
I have worked as a documentation consultant with non-profit organizations since 2008, where I primarily lead the documentation of seminars and training courses, as well as conduct interviews with communities.
My experiences and skills include: providing administrative support, email handling, design quality control (newsletter and website), data entry, building a directory of contact lists, writing, online research, documentation, website content updating, basic web hosting set-up, basic email hosting set-up, HTML/CSS coding, social media management (including content research and creation), and tracking/recording book reviews information.
I'm familiar with WordPress, MailChimp, Slack, Asana, Trello, Canva, Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, FreshBooks, cPanel, phpMyAdmin, Hootsuite, Buffer, and TweetDeck.
Work Terms
I prefer flextime, but I'm willing to work some hours at night.
