My name is Nsikan Udokang, an emerging fiction ghostwriter and contemporary romance novelist. I am a Nigerian, currently residing in the country. I graduated with Second-class Upper honours in Political Science from Akwa Ibom State University. I have been writing since a tender age; mostly short stories, flash fictions, poems, and articles. I published several of them on digital magazines. I turned to freelancing in 2020, during the pandemic, as a means of earning a living and also laying the foundations to achieving my dreams of being a published and New York bestselling author.

I understand the excitement that comes with writing your first book, polishing and editing it, formatting as well and putting out for your readers to tell if it’s a good book worthy of sequels, or if it’s a cliche book. It’s the reason you are looking for talented and highly creative romance writers, because you are not looking for ‘cliche’ love stories or predictable plots. I will be delighted to help you scale past that hurdle with my exciting plot ideas.

I’m an experienced creative ghostwriter who is passionate about the romance genre. I love to tell good love stories; how lovers meet at a train station, in schools, workplaces, open fields, and parks in the evening, at bus stops, and at the wedding receptions of their respective friends. To create these budding Romance stories, I spend most of my weekends reading lots of other romance authors like Nora Roberts, as well as watching romance movies, staying up-to-date the latest contemporary romance tropes, and poetry to stimulate my creative imaginations the more. If I tell you I have watched more than 200 romance movies and series, I may appear to be exaggerating, but that is the truth.

I write contemporary romance stories with the following tropes:

I’m a native/bilingual English speaker with a firm command of the language gained from writing for 3+ years now.

I do not plagiarize my stories.

I’m also a skilled outline plotter. I’m conversant with three plotting techniques, namely; Five Arc plot structure, Three arc plot structure, and Dan Harmon’s eight circle plotting technique. I will use the Five Arc plotting technique to plot your detailed chapters-by-chapters outline.

I’m always a text away from responding to my client, even when my time zone shows it's night.

I’m receptive to feedback and opinions, to create a relatable story both my clients and readers will enjoy reading.
