Work Terms
Scope of Work: I specialize in providing high-quality design and data entry services. This includes graphic design, image editing, and accurate data entry tasks.
Communication: I am available for communication via Guru chat. I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
Deliverables: Deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon formats and within the specified deadlines outlined in the project agreement.
Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included in the service package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on the scope of changes required.
Payment Terms: Payment is accepted via Guru Safepay Escrow.
Confidentiality: I understand the sensitivity of client information and will ensure the utmost confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership rights to the completed work. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.
Feedback and Reviews: Client feedback is highly valued and will be used to improve services. I encourage clients to leave reviews upon project completion to help build trust and credibility.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, I am committed to resolving issues amicably through open communication and compromise. If necessary, Guru's dispute resolution process will be followed.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with a 14-day notice period. Termination fees may apply for projects terminated before completion, based on the work completed up to that point.
Professionalism: I am dedicated to maintaining a professional working relationship with clients, adhering to deadlines, and delivering work of the highest quality.
Legal Compliance: All work will be carried out in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
