Fast and Accuarate
I was a Customer Service Officer in United Overseas Bank (M) Bhd for 2 years. My job was to handle customer's inquiries or help them with their banking problems through calls and emails. As a customer service I have been trained to do my job quickly as I need to answer average of 100 calls within 7 hours.
I have a degree in Economics although I have never had a job related to my field of studies. However, I would love it if I were to be given the opportunity to do internet research on Economics topic.
Also, I used to work as an Account and Admin Assistant for a year. My task was to do data entry, basic accounting, daily cash flows and other admin jobs.
