For Hours of Operation, I aim to set clear expectations. My standard hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with optional sessions on Saturdays, while Sundays are reserved for personal time. I also offer some flexibility, like evening or weekend slots, to accommodate clients’ schedules when needed. Using an online calendar helps clients check my availability and book their sessions easily.
Payment Terms are crucial for transparency. I specify my pricing structure, whether it’s hourly or through package deals, and I accept various payment methods, such as credit cards and PayPal, to make it convenient. I request a deposit—usually 25-50% of the total fee—to secure bookings, which provides security for both me and my clients.
