I am a US citizen and have for the last 22 years worked in the UK, other European countries and the Middle East.

A proponent of User Centered Design (UCD) process, the candidate is a Senior UI/UX Customer Experience (CX) Designer and who has accumulated Service Design skills over the last 18 years; has worked internationally with global teams in the UK, Denmark, Germany, Finland, US and across and the Middle East. He comes with a wide range of business & technical skills and has proven qualities and experience in the leadership, management and influencing large teams in diverse activities.

I have built and managed bi-lingual English and Arabic UX, design and content teams for large enterprise projects in Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

I work on large scale transformational end-to-end, B2B, B2C projects, in both private and public sectors as well as on international bilingual [English & Arabic] portals.
