Neil is well intentioned, hard working, and aims to please. He listens to instructions and works to provide what is desired. For this project, he didn't completely hit the nail on the head, requiring some rework on our part. However, we think he is highly coachable and willing to learn; we would hire Neil again - with better instructions on our part we think he can do the work we are looking for.
