I am a Navy veteran with a great deal of superlative customer service and IT experience. I am an ethical, hard working team player looking to leverage my skills for the success of your organization. I offer over 20 years experience in information systems & office administration, including software development (engineering, designing, installation, implementation & maintenance), hardware installation & support, help desk support, network administration & maintenance, database development & administration, web site administration, maintenance, & development (including individual web page design & development), & computer system operations.
A few of my career highlights include direct support of DOD organizations. For example, I spearheaded the development of fleet management software (converting an old DOS based ULLS-G application to a full fledged multi-user Windows application with an Oracle back-end), and contact management & human resource management software (with a SQL Server back-end) for Special Forces units at Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, NC. Various databases I have worked with are DB2, MS Access, Paradox, dBase, and FoxPro.
Other miscellaneous software I have experience with are MS Office, WordPerfect, Lotus 123, One Write Plus, Peach Tree Accounting, Quicken, QuickBooks, BMC’s Remedy (Service Desk management software) and HelpSTAR (help desk software).
