Jeremy Jackson has a lot going for him when it comes to customer service as a freelancer, I was looking for the following things, communication, understanding, timing and pricing. Communication: Responded in a timely manner while working out details. Understanding: Understood the project and its necessity. Timing: Delivered the project on time with guarantees. Pricing: Offered more for the money. The biggest part I liked about him was his determination to get it right.
