Promoting the blend of culture and sustainability

I am an architecture student looking to push for identity in the functionality and aesthetics of architectural solutions. I hope to start from this little circle of mine to the world at large. I am not much of a talker, so I would like my works to be my voice in the world. I am also a writer and I'm available for tutoring in the use of CAD and writing softwares.

Work Terms

I would prefer to communicate by text, either by mail or text messages as I am more of a writer than a talker. I can work 2-3 hours at most a day. I'd prefer to be payed a half advance at the commencement of work, and the balance once contract is completed.
