Seasoned Customer Service Specialist

Focused customer service professional skilled in order management, technical support, and accounts receivable. I am known to be dependable and efficient in doing special tasks. I work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am able to wok well under pressure and adhering to strict deadlines.

I worked as a customer support representative for almost 6 years in the BPO industry. It taught me how to be resilient in a fast-paced environment, and to adapt easily for any tasks given.

For the first 2 years, I was a technical support agent for internet, cable, and phone for one of the biggest service providers in the US.

The next 4 years I worked with a publishing company for educational books, we help our customers with order processing, order status, and credit concerns. I also acquired knowledge with data entry, data management, AR, and administrative tasks.

Work Terms

Monday-Friday
Weekends Off
Can work EST, CST, and PST

$5-$10 per hour
