I truly enjoyed working with Kim Chantelois (with the help of her friend, Officer Don Kyle) Thanks to their answers, the police scenes in my book will now sound believable. I was actually stunned how quick Kim had gathered the information I needed from her friend. She is thorough and efficient. Kim was a joy to work with and responded to emails promptly. She is knowledgeable and takes her responsibilities seriously...expect your project done correctly, on time and within budget. My project was relatively plain-vanilla and I didn't hire her for her innovation/creativity...as such, I am not in a position to full judge her on that metric.
