Billing
The Client shall pay the Service Provider EVERY Monday for the week prior.

The Service Provider undertakes to perform the Services with the highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity.
Confidentiality
The existence, nature, terms and conditions of this Agreement are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed by either of the parties in any manner or form, directly or indirectly, to any person or entity under any circumstances. All Confidential Information, and all material items delivered to Office Xtend,
remains the property of the Client and no license or other rights in the Confidential Information are granted to Office Xtend by this Agreement or by the act of disclosure. No rights, obligations, representations or terms other than those expressly set forth herein are to be implied from this Agreement. In particular, without limitation, no license is hereby granted directly or indirectly to any
Party or their respective employees: (a) under any patent, trademark, trade secrets or copyright; or (b) to use the other Party’s name, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos or designs for any purpose; without the other Party’s prior written permission.
