- Responsible for creating designs and patterns for jewelry creation
- Responsible for research of new designs of jewelries
- Crafting jewelry according to clients needs and orders
- Marketing jewelry to clients
- Dealing with difficult and unsatisfied customers
- Record keeping of financials
