Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available for transcription and writing services during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM WAT. However, I am flexible and open to discussing special arrangements for urgent projects or weekend availability, if needed.
Payment Terms:
For transcription projects, I require a 50% payment, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the transcribed files. Payment can be made through bank transfers alone.
For writing services, the payment terms may vary based on the scope and length of the project. Typically, a 25% upfront payment is required for larger writing projects, with the remaining balance paid upon project completion. For smaller writing assignments, full payment is expected upon delivery.
Preferred Communication Style:
I value clear and efficient communication to ensure the success of our collaboration. Email is my preferred method of communication for initial inquiries, project briefings, and updates. It allows us to maintain a written record of discussions and instructions.
For real-time communication or urgent matters, I am available for phone or video calls upon request. During our collaboration, I am committed to maintaining open lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, and providing regular updates on the progress of your project.
