Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I’m here to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM West Africa Standard Time(GMT+1). If you have any urgent needs or questions outside of these hours, feel free to drop me a message, and I’ll do my best to respond promptly during the next business day.

Payment Terms
To ensure a smooth collaboration, I follow these payment terms:

Initial Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to commence work on your project. This deposit secures your spot in my schedule and allows me to start the design process.
Progress Payment: For larger projects, a mid-project payment may be required, depending on the scope and timeline.
Final Payment: The remaining 60% is due upon project completion, before the final delivery of your Shopify theme.
I accept payments through [Payment Methods], which include PayPal, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All invoices will be issued with clear details of the work completed and payment terms.
