Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Your Time Zone)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Payment Terms:
50% Deposit: Required upfront before work begins.
Remaining 50%: Due upon project completion and approval.
Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or direct bank transfers.
Payment Due: All invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.
Preferred Communication:
Primary Contact: Messaging or project management platforms for clear, documented exchanges.
Phone Calls/Video Chats: Available by appointment for detailed discussions or project milestones.
Response Time: I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.
