Work Terms

Hours of Operation:

I am available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (your time zone).
I am open to working weekends or outside regular hours for urgent projects or by prior arrangement.
Payment Terms:

For hourly projects, I charge a competitive rate of $50 per hour.
For fixed-price projects, a detailed quote will be provided based on the project scope.
Payments can be made through Guru’s SafePay Escrow service for security and convenience.
A 30% deposit is required upfront for fixed-price projects, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
For projects exceeding $1,000, milestone payments can be arranged.
Preferred Communication Style:

I believe in maintaining clear and open communication to ensure project success.
Regular updates will be provided via email, and I am available for meetings via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet as needed.
I prefer using Slack or Trello for day-to-day communication to keep track of project progress and tasks.
I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days.
Revisions and Support:

I offer up to three rounds of revisions within the original scope of the project to ensure your satisfaction.
Post-project support is available for 30 days to address any issues or minor adjustments needed.
Project Workflow:

Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your project requirements, goals, and timeline.
Proposal: I’ll provide a detailed project proposal and quote.
Design & Development: We’ll proceed with the design and development phases, including regular check-ins and updates.
Review & Revisions: You’ll review the work and request any revisions.
