Payment Terms:
1. 50% upfront payment at the start of the project to secure the engagement.
2. 50% upon completion, before the final delivery of the work.
For smaller projects under $100, I request full payment upfront. For long-term or large projects, we can negotiate milestone payments to align with deliverables. I am flexible and open to discussing what works best for the client while ensuring fairness and commitment to the project.
Preferred Communication Style:
Effective communication is key to successful project outcomes. I prefer the following communication practices:
Consultation:Brief via Guru.com or email.
Updates: Weekly progress reports.
Feedback: Open at any stage.
Response: Within 24 hours on weekdays; mark urgent matters.

Hours of Operation:
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM West African Time. I am available for urgent queries outside these hours by prior arrangement.
Project Management:
I use straightforward project management practices to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Clients can track progress through periodic updates.
Confidentiality and Ethics:
I uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all my dealings. Any sensitive information shared during the consultancy will be handled with strict confidentiality.
Cancellation Policy:
If a project needs to be canceled by the client, I require notification at least 48 hours in advance of the next milestone or deadline. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.
Revision Policy:
I offer up to 5 revisions on the final draft of any project, provided the changes requested are within the scope of the original assignment. Additional revisions can be negotiated.
