Working Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work
• Development and implementation of responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Collaboration with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Adherence to web standards, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.

2. Availability
• Standard working hours: 24/7 working days.
• Open for communication during agreed-upon hours via voice calls, chat, or video calls.
• Weekend work or overtime requires prior agreement.

3. Project Deliverables
• Clear milestones will be set for each project phase, with deadlines and deliverables agreed upon before starting.
• Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.

4. Payment Terms
• Payment structure: Hourly/Project-based
• Invoices will be issued upon milestone completion or monthly (if ongoing work).
• Payment is due within agreed days of invoice receipt.

5. Revisions
• A maximum of 3 revisions per milestone are included. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

6. Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment, all rights to the code and designs will be transferred to the client.
• Any third-party libraries or tools used will be clearly communicated and subject to their licensing terms.

7. Confidentiality
• All client information, project details, and deliverables will remain strictly confidential.
• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.

8. Termination
• Either party may terminate the contract with [5 days] notice.
• Payment will be required for completed work up to the termination date.

9. Communication Tools
• Preferred tools: [WhatsApp, Zoom, Call.].
• Responses to queries will be provided within [10 mins] during working hours.
